Information we collect

When you send a project request, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, brand or company, website, project context, timing, currency and approximate investment range.

For security and abuse prevention, the website may also process limited technical information associated with a submission. The contact form uses a one-way identifier for rate limiting rather than storing the visitor's raw IP address with the enquiry.

How we use it

We use this information to assess your enquiry, respond to you, recommend a suitable next step and manage the conversation inside Mudaca's private operating system. We may also use it to protect the website, prevent spam and maintain reliable records of project enquiries.

Submitting the form does not create a client relationship or oblige either party to begin a project.

Storage and disclosure

Enquiries are stored in access-controlled infrastructure used to operate Mudaca OS. Information may be processed by hosting, database or communication providers only where needed to run the service, or disclosed where required by law. Service infrastructure may process information in a country different from your own.

We do not sell contact-form information or use it for third-party advertising.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential project, maintain necessary business records or meet legal obligations. We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete information associated with your enquiry by emailing hello@mudaca.com. We may need to retain limited information where required for legal, security or record-keeping purposes.

Cookies and analytics

The current public website does not use advertising cookies. Mudaca OS uses a secure session cookie within the private admin area. If analytics or other non-essential tracking is added later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before that tracking is enabled.
